New Year 2019 Prayer Points

 

The new year 2020 prayer points can be found here. These new year 2019 prayer points are prayerfully and specially crafted by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to help you pray your way through into the fulfilment of the will, plan and purpose of God for your life in the new year.  Due to the volume of the prayer points, we have divided them into three seperate sections:

 

 

The prayer points and warfare prayers are, in most cases, backed by Scriptural references. On the other hand, the prophetic declarations, which are derived from the prayer points, only have such references before the main content. This is deliberately done to avoid repitition.

 

Thanksgiving

 

“I bow before your holy Temple as I worship. I praise your name for yourunfailing love and faithfulness; for your promises are backed by all the honor of your name.” Psalm138 vs. 2 (NLT)

 

  1. Father I thank You for Your faithfulness, grace, mercy and favor upon me and my loved one in 2018. Psalm 106 vs. 1
  2. I appreciate You, heavenly Father, because by Your divine power You have given us everything we need to be who You had created us to be and for the various ways You bestowed upon us different types of blessings during the course of the year 2018, in Jesus’ name. 2 Peter 1 vs. 3
  3. Jesus, I give You all the glory for accomplishing many things for us in 2018, infinitely more than we ever asked for or thought. Ephesian 3 vs. 20
  4. Thank You LORD for the gift of life, for giving me the grace to see the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019, in Jesus’ name. Philippians 1 vs. 6
  5. LORD I am grateful for giving me in 2018: divine health and protection, prosperity, success, promotion, victories, breakthroughs, open-doors, financial increase, marital blessings, good job, good friends and above all a good, caring and loving family, in Jesus’ mighty name. 2 Peter 1 vs. 3

 

Confession and Repentance

 

“If we boast that we have no sin, we’re only fooling ourselves and are strangers to the truth. But if we freely admit our sins when his light uncovers them, he will be faithful to forgive us every time. God is just to forgive us our sins because of Christ, and he will continue to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”1 John 1 vs. 8, 9 (TPT)

 

  1. Precious Father, I confess that I have sinned. I confess before you every sin I committed in the year 2018 and I pray that You forgive me, in Jesus’ name.
  2. Dear God, I also confess the sins of my family and my ancestry. I humbly ask for Your forgiveness for every sin in my blood line. I pray that You cleanse us all from all unrighteousness, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
  3. Jesus, today I repent of all sins I have committed in 2018 and of every sin I have not confessed nor repented of before now, in Jesus’ name.

 

My Year of God’s Enabling Grace

 

“Each time he said, ‘My grace is all you need.’” 2 Corinthians 12 vs. 9 (NLT)

 

  1. Father I pray that in 2019 Your ever-sufficient grace will continually be with me to make it, succeed, prosper, progress, be promoted, increase, be fruitful and realize my godly dreams, hopes and aspirations, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 12 vs. 9
  2. I pray that the grace You give me in 2019 will make me better in ever way, in Jesus’ name. 1 Corinthians 15 vs. 10
  3. The grace of God upon my life shall enable me to do the things I could not do before and succeed, in Jesus’ name.
  4. By the grace of Jesus Christ upon my life, I shall excel in every way and in everything I do, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

 

My Year of Overwhelming Success

 

“Please, LORD, please save us. Please, LORD, please give us success.” Psalms 118 vs. 25 (NLT)

 

  1. Jesus I pray that you help me in 2019 to constantly study and meditate on your holy word, so that I will be successful and prosperous in every way, in Jesus’ name. Joshua 1 vs. 8
  2. Father, I pray that you give me unusual success, even in the places I have failed before. I ask that you change my story and cause me to be successful in all endeavors, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Psalms 18 vs. 28, 29
  3. I pray Jesus that You give me many good advisers to expound to me the secrets of success in 2019, in Jesus name. Proverbs 15 vs. 22
  4. Everlasting Father, I trust in You to make the year 2019 my year of unending, unstoppable and unequivocal success, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

 

My Year of Unlimited Breakthrough

 

“I will go before you and make the crooked places straight. I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron.”Isaiah 45 vs. 2 (*NKJV)

 

  1. Father, I pray that in 2019, I shall not experience any limitation or barrier in all I lay my hands upon to do or everywhere I go in Jesus’ name. Joshua 1 vs. 5
  2. Oh God, arise and go before me in 2019. Father, break asunder every kind of gates the enemy has put on my way to prevent me from fulfilling my destiny, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 45 vs. 2
  3. My Father, I thank You because You shall build me up in every way and the gates of hell shall never prevail against me in 2019 and beyond, in Jesus name. Matthew 16 vs. 18

 

My Year of Divine Favor

 

“May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace.” Numbers 6 vs. 26 (NLT)

 

  1. Precious Father I thank You because 2019 is the year that You will surround me daily with unusual favor, in Jesus’ name. Luke 4 vs. 19
  2. My LORD and my King, be merciful to me and bless me abundantly in 2019, and may your face shine daily with favor on me, in Jesus’ name. Psalms 67 vs. 1
  3. I pray that as I have favor with You oh God, I will have favor with all people in 2019 in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Luke 2 vs. 52
  4. Father, I appreciate You because You have made it that in 2019 I will receive good things, blessings, promotion, prosperity and honor because of Your favor upon me life, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
  5. I pray that the places where I was rejected before, when I appear there in 2019, I shall be wholeheartedly accepted, without cause, in Jesus’ name.
  6. In 2019, people – both those I know and those I do not know – shall favor me, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

 

My Year of Financial Overflow

 

“But forget all that – it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.” Isaiah 43 vs. 18, 19 (NLT)

 

  1. Jesus, I thank You because the year 2019 is my year of financial overflow.
  2. Father I pray that in the new year 2019, You will do something new daily for me, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
  3. I receive the wisdom to make wealth, in Jesus’ name.
  4. My God and my LORD I pray that in 2019 You will bless me financially even from where I do not expect, in Jesus’ name. Isaiah 43 vs. 18, 19

 

My Year of Total Restoration

 

The LORD says, “I will give back what you lost to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts, the stripping locust and the cutting locusts.”Joel 2 vs. 25 (NLT)

 

  1. Father God, I pray that You restore back to me a hundred fold the things I have lost, in Jesus’ name. Joel 2 vs. 25
  2. Jesus, I pray that in the year 2019, You restore my joy, my family, good relationships, finances, job, business, children and even those things I do not even know I had lost, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 60 vs. 4
  3. I pray that the year 2019 will be the year I will lose nothing good, in Jesus’ name.

 

My Year of Open Doors

 

“Your gates will stay open day and night to receive the wealth of many lands.” Isaiah 60 vs. 11 (NLT)

 

  1. Jesus, I thank You because 2019 is my year of open doors, in Jesus name. I pray that You go before me in 2019 and level the mountains. Isaiah 45 vs. 2
  2. Father God, I pray that in 2019, every closed door against my success, promotion, prosperity, divine healing and health, marriage, family, business, job, education, spiritual growth and finances, be opened in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Psalm 24 vs. 7
  3. I pray that every ancestral or ancient doors closed against me or my family, be opened by the Holy Ghost fire now, in Jesus’ name. Psalm 24 vs. 9
  4. Heavenly Father, I pray that in 2019 great doors will be opened for me in great places, in Jesus mighty name. Psalm 24 vs. 7

 

My Year of Abundant Peace

 

“Violence will disappear from your land; the desolation and destruction of war will end. Salvation will surround you like city walls, and praise will be on the lips of all who enter there.” Isaiah 60 vs. 18 (NLT)

 

  1. I pray that in the year 2019 I will have abundant peace in Jesus name. Isaiah 60 vs. 18
  2. The peace I receive from God in 2019 shall be boundless, in Jesus’ name. Isaiah 66 vs. 12
  3. Heavenly Father I pray that violence of any kind will never come near me, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Isaiah 60 vs. 18
  4. I pray that in 2019, my enemies will be at peace with me, in Jesus’ name. Proverbs 16 vs. 7

 

My Year of Unstoppable Fruitfulness

 

“For I will look on you favorably and make you fruitful, multiply you and confirm My covenant with you.” Leviticus 26 vs. 9 (NKJA)

 

  1. Precious Father, I thank You because I shall be fruitful in every way in the year 2019, in Jesus’ name.
  2. I pray that You confirm Your covenant of fruitfulness and multiplication in all ramifications with me in 2019.
  3. In obedience to Your commandment, my body and my marriage shall be physically fruitful, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Genesis 1 vs. 28
  4. I shall be fruitful in my job, business, career, investments and relationships, in Jesus’ name. Deuteronomy 28 vs. 4 – 6
